The Role
You will own the day-to-day of the Attribute office, ensuring the team can move quickly, stay focused, and operate efficiently as the company grows. This role is critical to removing friction from the organization and shaping a workplace experience that helps people do their best work every day.
What You’ll Be Doing
● Own day-to-day office operations, including facilities, supplies, and vendor management
● Drive operational initiatives and automate repeatable internal processes
● Manage vendor invoices, employee expenses, and core operational workflows
● Provide administrative and technical support across the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding and everything in between
● Serve as the primary point of contact for visiting team members, partners, and guests
● Plan and execute team events, offsites, and social activities
● Provide administrative and operational support to leadership as needed

Requirements
● 2-3+ years of experience in operations, workplace management, office management, or bookkeeping
● Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused
● Strong sense of ownership and ability to operate independently
● Comfortable multitasking and prioritizing in a fast-moving environment
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● Strong technical orientation and comfort working with modern operational tools across workplace, finance, and employee lifecycle systems; ability to quickly learn and optimize new tools as the company scales
● Impeccable English and Hebrew, both written and spoken
Nice to Have
● Experience with bookkeeping and employee expense software (E.g., Dokka, Mesh, Navan)
● Experience with payroll and vendor payment workflows
