What You’ll Do
- You will be the Founding Senior Sales Architect – be the first technical authority in the GTM team working directly with the GTM/Product/R&D leadership, tailoring our solution throughout the customer lifecycle
 - Lead technical POCs – from installing our sensor to defining and exceeding customer business success criteria
 - Partner with the GTM team on pre/post sales activities (e.g., discovery calls, demos, POCs)
 - Directly report to the VP of Business Operations & GTM
 - Serve as the technical authority – you will be the go-to expert for prospects and customers during demos, deep dives, and evaluations
 - Provide hands-on support Attribute global customers during onboarding and early adoption.
 - Build demo environments, documentation, and other assets that make technical evaluations a customer delight experience.
 - Work closely and share customer insights with Product and Engineering teams.
 
What We’re Looking For
- Technology stack: familiarity with AWS/GCP/Azure as well as good understanding and hands on experience with k8s, CloudFormation, Terraform, Helm – a MUST
 - Background in cloud architectures, DevOps, or a similar technical field.
 - Experience working directly with customers in a technical or solutions role.
 - Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
 - Hands-on ability to install software, work with APIs, debug configurations, and troubleshoot live.
 - Comfortable working in a startup environment, resourceful, adaptable, and ready to take ownership.
 - Bonus: cloud billing, FinOps certification (Practitioner or equal), cost optimization tools, or eBPF.
